Location

Opposite Rome Termini Station and a 4-minute walk from Vittorio Emanuele Metro, with the Colosseum 2 km away.

Located in central Rome, the property is directly opposite Termini, providing easy access to trains, metro (lines A and B), and buses. The Colosseum is a 20-minute walk via a park, and Santa Maria Maggiore is 700 metres away. Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km. The immediate area is busy and can feel less secure at night, but the station proximity keeps it well-connected for exploring the city. Several restaurants and convenience stores are within a few hundred metres. The entrance is on the 4th floor, accessible by a small lift.

Accommodation

Air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom, city views, flat-screen TV, and a tea/coffee maker.

Rooms include a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer, plus free toiletries. Bedding options range from single to quadruple configurations, with some rooms featuring bunk beds. The property offers double, family, and quadruple rooms. Soundproofing varies - some rooms have good insulation from train noise, while road-facing rooms can be noisier. Quadruple rooms have curtains on windows. The bathroom can be compact, and some units have reported shower drainage issues. Overall, the rooms are clean and suitable for a short stay or as a base for city exploration.

Dining

A Nespresso machine and capsules are available for guest use.

While the property does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service, it offers a Nespresso machine with capsules in a common area, plus a basic kitchen setup for self-catering. The surrounding area has numerous dining options within a short walk, including Indian, Chinese, and Italian restaurants. For those who prefer a fuller meal, several cafes and eateries are nearby.

Leisure

No on-site wellness or leisure facilities are available.

The property focuses on providing practical accommodation without wellness or leisure amenities. Guests seeking a pool, spa, or gym should plan to use external facilities during their stay.
