The location is in the real heart of Málaga's old town, placing guests within walking distance of the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, the port, Mercado de Atarazanas, and countless tapas bars and restaurants. The airport is 8 km away, and the airport bus stop is an 8-10 minute walk. A metro station to the airport is about 10 minutes on foot. The street itself is quiet - in a pedestrian zone - but the surrounding area has many lively bars and restaurants that can create late-night street noise.

Accommodation options range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, all featuring a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker), a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a seating or dining area. The double bed measures 1.50mx1.90m, and the sofa bed is 1.40mx1.90m. Studio apartments have a sofa, not a sofa bed. Only certain apartments offer a balcony: the studio and one-bedroom apartment may have a small balcony (some only a standing-only Juliette style), while the two-bedroom duplex has a proper terrace. All units are located in a building with a lift. The double-glazing insulation is limited, and noise from the street and the staircase can be significant - particularly on weekend nights.

Guests can prepare meals in the apartment kitchen, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. A café next door offers coffee and pastries, and numerous bars and restaurants (including Mia Coffee, Canela Fina, Pepa y Pepe, El Tapeo de Cervantes, Dulces Dreams, La Terraza Oasis, and La Mafia) are within a 5-minute walk.
