BELLE VUE MALAGA SUITE, Malaga

The Malaga María Zambrano Train Station is a 2-minute walk, providing direct high-speed rail and a Cercanías link to the airport and Costa del Sol. The bus terminal is steps away, while the historic centre, Malaga Cathedral, and Alcazaba are a 15-20 minute walk. San Andres Beach is less than 1 km away, and the Port of Malaga is 2 km. The surrounding streets are filled with cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants (including tapas and sushi bars), making it easy to walk to dining options. A taxi to the airport takes about 20 minutes and costs around €20 on weekdays.

The property offers a studio (with 1 bed) and a larger 3-bedroom apartment with 3 separate bedrooms and a spacious living room. Both are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, washing machine with dryer function), a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Beds are large (150 cm minimum) and comfortable, though mattresses are on the firmer side. Soundproofing is excellent, making apartments quiet despite the station-front location. The studios are compact but cleverly planned, while the 3-bedroom easily accommodates 4-5 people. Balconies offer city views, and blackout curtains help with sleep. Extra comforts include tea- and coffee-making facilities, a professional bean-to-cup coffee machine, and a welcome package with water and coffee.

The kitchen includes a hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a professional bean-to-cup coffee machine - ideal for preparing full meals. For dining out, numerous cafés and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk, including Cafeteria Narixa (0.5 km), Kappo Sushi Bar (0.5 km), Real Istanbul (0.5 km), and Taco Bell (0.5 km). The adjacent mall also offers food courts and supermarkets for groceries. The host provides a welcome supply of coffee pods and bottled water.

The historic centre with the Alcazaba, Malaga Cathedral, and Picasso Museum is within 2 km, reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes. For those interested in modern art, the Automobile and Fashion Museum is within the same distance. The tour desk can help organise pub crawls and temporary art gallery visits (off-site, additional charge).

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout. The building has a lift and is fully non-smoking. A safety deposit box is provided in each apartment. The tour desk can help with local recommendations. There is no on-site reception, but the host handles key handover and responds quickly to messages. Luggage storage is available for a few hours before check-in and after check-out - simply notify the host in advance. The host also offers early check-in on request. Families can benefit from a cot and high chair available at the property. No pets are allowed.
