Seville Airport is 9 km away - a taxi or the tram from the station are the most practical options since no on-site parking exists. The area is packed with local eateries, including Lonja de Feria and La Cantina within 0.5 km.

The apartment features a living area with a sofa, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and parquet floors. The bed is described as very comfortable. The private bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and free toiletries. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, tea and coffee facilities, and a washing machine. The inner-courtyard view keeps the apartment quiet and naturally cool, even during hot weather. A work desk and dining area are also included.

The kitchenette allows for self-catering with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A welcome pack includes wine/champagne (free of charge), plus coffee, milk, and juice provided by the host. The surrounding Alameda de Hércules and Calle Feria areas are packed with bars and restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk, including Lonja de Feria, La Cantina, La Locanda di Andrea, and Taberna Casa Mateo Ruiz (all 0.5 km).

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. A lift provides access to the apartment. The host is responsive and provides clear check-in and check-out instructions via a key safe. A tour desk is available to help plan excursions. The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The cleaning service is not daily - the apartment is supplied spotless on arrival. Parking is not available on site; guests with a car will need to use an off-site public car park. No pets are allowed.
