FIERA BOUTIQUE, Bologna

Fiera Boutique is situated in a quiet neighbourhood near the ring road, making it practical for fair visitors and those travelling by car. The Museum for the Memory of Ustica and Bologna Fair are within walking distance. The central railway station is about 25 minutes away on foot, and the bus stop directly at the building entrance provides connections to the city centre and airport. Several restaurants and cafés are within 300 metres, and a Lidl and Coop supermarket are close by for self-catering. The property is 10 km from Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport. Walking to the historic centre takes roughly 30-40 minutes, and the surrounding area features temporary construction works on roads, affecting some bus stops.

Each room is a self-contained private space within a larger apartment, with its own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, soundproofed walls, a tea and coffee maker, a refrigerator, a work desk, a TV, and a safety deposit box. Storage is provided. Some rooms have a private balcony with a park view. The apartment has a shared corridor where drinking water and a coffee machine (paid capsules, cash only) are located. While the walls are soundproofed, noise from neighbouring rooms and the building entrance can be audible, particularly from guests arriving or leaving at unusual hours. Those sensitive to noise should consider this setup. Rooms are modern and clean, with a comfortable bed.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A common-area coffee machine provides caffeinated drinks for €1 per capsule (cash only), and chilled drinking water is available for free. Several pizzerias, cafés, and a pub are located within a 0.3-0.5 km walk, including Pizzeria Ristoro Mediterraneo, Brio Cafe, and Halloween Pub. A short walk leads to a variety of casual dining options. For self-catering, Lidl and Coop supermarkets are conveniently close. The room includes a refrigerator and a tea and coffee maker, but no crockery, cutlery, or kitchen access is provided.

Check-in is entirely self-service: guests receive detailed instructions beforehand, and a key code is provided on the day of arrival. No physical reception exists on site. Luggage storage is available for a fee (€5) for early arrivals or post-check-out. Daily housekeeping cleans rooms and changes towels each morning, though entry times can be early. The property has a lift, a minimarket on site, and grocery deliveries can be arranged. A barber/beauty shop is available. Security includes 24-hour surveillance via CCTV, smoke alarms, key access, and a safety deposit box. WiFi is free in all areas but has been noted as unreliable at times. No parking is provided; paid blue-zone parking is available on surrounding streets.
