Despite the central location, higher-floor units enjoy good light and relative quiet, though some lower apartments facing the avenue can experience traffic noise.

All apartments are air-conditioned (note: one bedroom in some layouts lacks A/C) and feature a spacious living area with satellite flat-screen TV. Kitchens come with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine/dryer combination. Private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Units range from compact studios (max 2 people) to 5-bedroom apartments with up to 3 bathrooms and 6 beds. Some apartments have a desk or a balcony, and many offer pleasant city views. Bedding is a mix of double and twin beds; extra beds are available for a fee (€15/night for adults, free for children under 12).
