Bukit Nanas Monorail station and the LRT are 5-7 minutes on foot, providing easy access to the rest of the city. The area is safe and upmarket, with convenience stores (closing at 10 pm), restaurants, and a hypermarket within walking distance. Key attractions like KLCC Park, the Lake Symphony water show, and shopping malls (Suria KLCC, Pavilion, Jakel Mall) are all within an hour's walk or a short ride. The property is about 17 km from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport.

Rooms vary in size and features. Standard rooms are compact and may have no window. Upgraded categories (Superior, Premier City View, Family Deluxe, KL Forest View) are significantly larger. Superior rooms offer a choice of queen or twin beds, a writing desk, and some have private balconies. Premier City View rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic city views. The KL Forest View room features large circular windows overlooking Bukit Nanas Forest. Family Deluxe rooms have two queen beds and a Smart TV. All rooms include a private bathroom with a hot/cold rain shower (no bathtubs); some bathrooms have transparent glass fitted with roller blinds. A 5-star mattress and 5-star bed linen are standard.
