FLORA COLLECTION, Vienna

The property sits in a highly accessible area with a metro station, tram, and bus stops within two minutes. Vienna Central Station (Wien Westbahnhof) is a 20-minute walk away, giving direct rail access across the city and to the airport. Key landmarks like the Parliament of Austria (2 km) and Vienna City Hall (2 km) are walkable, and the surrounding 7th district is packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. While the main street brings traffic noise, rooms facing the courtyard are notably quieter, and the lift being newly installed makes upper-floor access easy.

Each room includes a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, free toiletries, and a seating area. Hypoallergenic bedding is standard, and some rooms have a balcony with city views. The smallest double rooms are snug - more practical for single occupancy or short stays - while larger double rooms can accommodate two extra guests with a bunk bed (140 cm lower, standard single upper). Rooms are heated and offer a fan but no air conditioning. Noise from the street can be a factor, so requesting a courtyard-facing room is recommended. Storage is limited in compact units; larger rooms provide more wardrobe space and a dining table.

The kitchen is located on the top floor and is equipped with a hob, microwave, refrigerator, and essential kitchenware. Guests can prepare their own meals and have access to free coffee capsules and tea. The surrounding area is a dining hub: eight restaurants including Tredici Gradi, Seven North, and Japanese Restaurant Hidori are within a 0.5 km walk, along with supermarkets for groceries. The shared kitchen facilities mean basic self-catering is straightforward, but guests who prefer not to share the space can easily find numerous dining options nearby.

The sun terrace provides a spot for relaxation, and some rooms feature a balcony - often with a shared setup for up to three rooms, so privacy is limited. An ice-skating rink is located in the vicinity. For indoor leisure, guests usually head out; the area has many cafes, bars, and the nearby Vienna City Hall and MuseumsQuartier are within a short walk or tram ride.

WiFi is free and available in all rooms. The airport shuttle is payable on request and must be booked in advance. Digital self-check-in uses codes sent before arrival - no physical reception or key. CCTV covers common areas and the property exterior, with smoke alarms and a security alarm. A shared kitchen is available on the top floor. Housekeeping is not included by default but can be arranged for an additional fee. The building has a lift, and the entrance is automated. Payment is by card only (American Express, Visa, MasterCard).
