The property sits on a busy street near San Lorenzo Market and main attractions like the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza del Duomo. A superb location for exploring on foot, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and a laundromat just outside. Street noise at night can be an issue in street-facing units; interior rooms are significantly quieter.

All studios feature air conditioning, soundproofing, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. The single-level Deluxe Studio has only a sofa bed (max 2 people). Only one apartment has a balcony, with views towards the Duomo - clearly titled to make selection easy. Split-level units place the bed on a low-ceiling mezzanine (1.6 m height under beams). Street-facing rooms can be noisy at night; interior-facing rooms are very quiet. Newly renovated, clean, and equipped with comfortable beds.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea maker, making it easy to prepare meals. A coffee shop and minimarket are located on site, and bars and restaurants (Italian, Chinese, American diners) are within a 2-minute walk. For a quick morning bite, numerous cafés serve cornetto and coffee steps away.

Leisure options centre on exploring Florence's main sights - the Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio, and galleries - all within a 10-15 minute walk. Walking tours and local culture classes are bookable on site for an additional charge.
