MAZZINI 34 COLLECTION, Florence

The apartment is roughly a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria (2 km), and the historic centre. A bus stop (routes 6 and 17) is just outside, providing a quick 10-minute ride to the city centre and central train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella). Florence Airport (Peretola) is about 7 km away; the Air-tram connection from the airport to the central station plus a short bus ride makes car-free access easy. The lively Campo di Marte area offers restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, while the ice-skating rink is also nearby. Informal street parking is available, and a paid garage is a 3-5 minute walk away.

The apartments feature high-quality design and materials, including beautiful wallpaper, modern furniture, and comfortable, large beds (some units offer king-size beds plus a sofa bed). Each unit has at least one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom with a large shower. The air conditioning operates independently per room, a major plus during summer. Kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and ample cookware and utensils. A washing machine and dryer are included. Balconies or terraces are available, often overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. Some apartments are on the ground floor, offering easy access for those with suitcases. The absence of road noise despite being close to a main street ensures restful sleep.

No wellness area is available within the apartment complex. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe for strolling, and an ice-skating rink is in the vicinity.

The property offers reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi (600 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload), suitable for remote work. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in or after check-out. The building has an elevator, making upper-floor apartments accessible. Security is enhanced with electronic key-codes for entry, a safety deposit box, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Board games are available for families. Daily housekeeping is optional for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.
