FLOVE' ROOMS VENICE, Venice

The guest house is in a peaceful residential area of Cannaregio, a 14-minute walk from Ca' d'Oro and about 2 km from the Rialto Bridge. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 12 km away. The area has a local, non-touristy feel with a Conad supermarket, restaurants, and bars nearby. The vaporetto (water bus) stops at S. Alvise and Guglio are a short walk, making the islands of Murano and Burano easily reachable. The train station is a 15-minute walk, suitable for those arriving or departing by train. While it requires a 20-25 minute walk to the main attractions, the route goes through pleasant, less crowded streets. A taxi stop is located directly in front of the reception.

Accommodation options include double rooms and a suite with a separate living room. All units feature a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer, plus free toiletries. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with streaming services (e.g., Netflix, YouTube), air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, and a tea and coffee maker. Room amenities also include a wardrobe, mini fridge, and electric kettle. Some rooms have a balcony or a large private patio. Rooms are described as spacious, clean, and modern. The bathroom is well-sized with good shower pressure. A daily supply of water and coffee is provided. Bed sizes may consist of two single beds pushed together, and some have noted the pillows are flat.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. Each room has a coffee machine and electric kettle with complimentary coffee pods, tea, and still water replenished daily. The surrounding Cannaregio streets have a good selection of traditional Venetian restaurants (bacari) and bars serving cicchetti. A Conad supermarket is also nearby for self-catering. For a broader choice of dining, the main tourist areas are a 15-20 minute walk.

The property is a guest house with no pool, spa, gym, or leisure facilities. The residential setting offers a quiet courtyard seating area where guests can relax.

WiFi is free and available in all areas. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out, allowing guests to explore the city unencumbered. The reception is staffed during limited hours; after 20:00, the main door is accessible via a security code. There is no parking on site. The property has key-card access, a safety deposit box, and fire extinguishers. Room cleaning and towel change are done daily. Pets are not allowed. The property is non-smoking throughout.
