The apartment sits at the foot of the pedestrian underpass that leads directly to St. Peter's Square, making the Vatican City a 5-minute walk. Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona, and the historic centre are within 2 km on foot. A bus stop just steps from the building provides access to all major attractions, and a taxi stand on the same street adds flexibility. Fiumicino Airport is reachable by train with a short change at Trastevere, while Ciampino Airport is 17 km away with the option of a paid shuttle. The neighbourhood is safe and lined with restaurants, cafés, and small supermarkets.

Each apartment has a separate living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, bidet, and free toiletries. The main bed is a double, and the sofa bed sleeps a third person, making the unit suitable for up to three adults or a family of four. Flat A has a balcony facing the courtyard with views of St. Peter's Dome, while Flat B has a smaller balcony overlooking the street. The interiors are newly renovated, clean, and well maintained, with parquet floors, air conditioning, and two climate control units for efficient cooling in summer. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric kettle; additional items for more elaborate cooking may need to be supplemented.
