Despite the lively street, the apartments are soundproofed and remain quiet inside. For those driving, parking is not available; the nearest public garage is a short walk from the pedestrian precinct.

Two apartment types are available: standard 2-person apartments (one level, no outdoor space) and 4-person split-level apartments with a private terrace and balcony. All units include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer. Kitchens are compact but functional-equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, and fridge. Some apartments feature wood-beamed ceilings, and parquet flooring. Bathrooms are private; 4-person units have two bathrooms (one with a shower). Soundproofing keeps the interior quiet despite the central location. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are changed weekly-more frequent service is available at an extra charge.
