COLOSSEUM CHARME APARTMENTS, Rome

Cavour Metro Station (Line B) is a 3-minute walk, with Colosseo Station 400 metres away, providing quick access to Termini Station and the rest of the city. Palatine Hill, Santa Maria Maggiore, and Piazza Venezia are each within a 15-minute walk. The neighbourhood is packed with restaurants, cafés, and shops along the surrounding streets. Taxi from either airport costs a fixed €48 from Fiumicino or €38 from Ciampino, with an airport transfer also available for an extra fee. The central location puts major sights within walking distance, though walking to Trevi Fountain or the Spanish Steps takes about 20-25 minutes.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a tea and coffee maker, and a wardrobe. The kitchenettes include a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and basic cookware. Some rooms have outdoor furniture on a balcony or terrace; the Suite Apartment specifically offers a terrace. Lower-level apartments have limited natural light and may feel humid. Road-facing units near a nearby bar carry the risk of noise until late evening, while rooms on higher floors or interior courtyards tend to be quieter. Storage space is adequate for a short stay, and housekeeping includes daily bed-making and towel changes every other day.

On-site leisure facilities are limited to the apartment itself, which includes a TV with streaming services and Netflix. The surrounding neighbourhood offers ample opportunity for walking exploration, with the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill all within a short distance.

Luggage storage is offered free of charge for early arrivals and after checkout, making it easy to explore the city without bags. The property provides private check-in and check-out with automated key collection for late arrivals. Airport shuttle is bookable for a fee (€65 standard, may vary at night); taxi is a fixed rate from the airport. WiFi speeds support streaming and video calls reliably. Families can request a cot, and pets are allowed on request with potential charges. Reception staff communicate in English and Italian. Accepted payment methods include major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay).
