The property sits in a central area with excellent walkability to the entire historic centre: the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill are within 2-5 minutes on foot, and Trevi Fountain is 1 km away. Cavour Metro station is 350 m away, and Termini Station is a 15-minute walk, providing quick connections to Fiumicino Airport (via Terravision bus or Leonardo Express train plus one metro stop). The neighbourhood is lined with restaurants, cafés, mini-markets, and bars. Noise from the street and the common entrance can be audible, so interior-facing rooms help.

Rooms feature basic furnishings, tiled floors, and large windows. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and heating. Air conditioning is available at no extra cost. Rooms are compact and some have a balcony. The single room includes a single bed and city view; the double room has a double bed, and some double rooms include a single bed as well. The building has a lift in part of it; some rooms are on the 3rd floor without lift access. Those who are sensitive to street noise should request a quieter room away from the road.

The property does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast. For meals, there are many restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and cafés within a few minutes' walk, including La Taverna dei Fori Imperiali, Pizza & Mortadella, and L'angolo der Panino.
