A Santander Cycles docking station is directly behind the building, offering a quick way to explore the area. The immediate neighbourhood is lively and well-served by amenities, but the property itself is set back from the street, keeping the room quieter than the main road traffic.

Studios are compact and recently renovated, with a private shower room, washing machine, and a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric kettle, and coffee machine. There is no TV in the rooms. Some upper-floor rooms have sloping ceilings that reduce standing space. Rooms vary: some studios have a double bed, others have two single beds, and a few include a sofa bed - check the specific room type when booking. Storage is limited to a rail with a few hangers, so keeping clothes in suitcases is practical. Heating works well, but rooms can become warm; a fan is provided. Noise insulation between rooms and from the corridor is thin, making attic rooms a better choice for quieter nights. Some rooms have windows that open only a few centimetres, limiting ventilation.

The property does not have a pool, gym, or spa. For local leisure, the area around North End Road offers many shops, restaurants, and a cinema within walking distance.
