Situated in the heart of Málaga, the building is a short walk from the Museum of Glass and Crystal (400 m) and the Picasso Museum (700 m). La Malagueta Beach is an 18-minute walk away. The immediate neighbourhood feels lively and gritty; the city centre itself is a safe and busy area. Public transport is easily accessible, and the airport is 10 km away (about 35 minutes by taxi). A supermarket is within a couple of minutes' walk on foot.

The apartments are duplexes with bedrooms on both levels, providing some separation between living and sleeping areas. Each unit includes a private bathroom (the larger units have two or three bathrooms), air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and kettle, and a dining area. Many bedrooms are compact, with some beds positioned against walls. The living area typically opens onto a private terrace or balcony facing the city. The dining table and TV are often in the same space. Wardrobes and general furniture reflect a serviceable rather than modern standard. Air conditioning is present in living areas and some bedrooms; ceiling fans are also available in some rooms. Bed linen and towels are provided; hairdryers and irons are available.

All units have a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a dining table. The kitchen equipment is generally functional but basic - consider bringing your own preferred cooking tools if you plan to prepare full meals. The surrounding area is full of dining options: a supermarket is within a two-minute walk, and numerous restaurants and bars (such as Bombay Spice, Baga, and La Luz de Candela) are all within 300-500 metres. A breakfast service is not available on site.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. On-site private parking costs €15 per day and must be reserved in advance; nearby street parking can be difficult to find. Luggage storage is available for a fee, as are daily housekeeping and laundry. The front desk staff speak English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese. Express check-in/out and private check-in/out are standard. Pets are allowed on request for an extra charge of €10. The building has a lift and 24-hour security with CCTV. Air conditioning, heating, and non-smoking rooms are included. A security deposit of €300 is held as a pre-authorisation at check-in.
