The hotel is situated in the upscale Hietzing district, directly opposite the U4 metro station. Central Vienna is about 10-15 minutes away by metro (Karlsplatz station). The Schönbrunn Palace park entrance is roughly 200 metres away, and the zoo is a 5-minute walk. Public transport includes metro, trams, and buses. Vienna International Airport is 26 km away. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within a few blocks.

Rooms are spacious (approximately 25-30 m2) and feature a flat-screen TV with streaming services, soundproof walls, a work desk, seating area, tea/coffee maker, and a minibar fridge. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms overlook the garden (quieter) while others face the street (still well soundproofed).
