GLAMOUR SUITE DUOMO, Florence

The apartment is 100 metres from Piazza del Duomo, a 2-minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, 700 metres from Piazza della Signoria, and 400 metres from the Accademia Gallery. The Uffizi Gallery is under 1 km away. Santa Maria Novella station is a 15-minute walk, or a 10-minute taxi ride with luggage. Florence Airport is 11 km away. The immediate street is quiet despite the central location, and the area is lined with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.

Both suites are at ground floor - no stairs are needed. Each unit has one double bed and one sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four people. The private bathroom is located downstairs; the sleeping area is upstairs. The two apartments differ slightly in layout: one has a peninsula-style kitchen with a shower screen, while the other has a rectangular dining table and a walk-in shower. Guests can indicate their preference in the booking notes. Rooms are soundproofed, air-conditioned, and heated. Kitchens include a coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric kettle, cookware, and a dining table with four chairs. A washing machine, ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a dressing area are also provided.

There is no restaurant at the property. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, and dining area for four, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. A supermarket is located 30 metres from the door, and several cafés and bakeries open early within a one-minute walk. Notable nearby dining options include Trattoria Za Za (0.5 km), Panini Toscani (0.5 km), Mordilatte (0.5 km), and Tavernetta Del Battistero (0.5 km).

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or gym. The location is the principal leisure asset: all major Florence museums - including the Uffizi, Accademia, and Palazzo Vecchio - are within a 10-15 minute walk. An ice-skating rink is available as an additional seasonal attraction. The apartment's quiet street offers a restful base after a full day of sightseeing.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Air conditioning and heating are included. An electric vehicle charging station and accessible parking are on site. Public parking is available nearby (€30 per 24 hours, reservation not needed). The host offers a private check-in and check-out, provides an invoice, and can facilitate early luggage storage from around 11:00-12:00 if needed. A baby cot is available for a €20 fee. The property is non-smoking throughout, has key access, and is equipped with fire extinguishers.
