MAGIA DI FIRENZE, Florence

The guest house sits on a quiet street in the city centre, yet all major attractions are within a short walk - Piazza della Signoria less than 1 km, Uffizi Gallery 1 km, San Marco Church a 5-minute stroll. Florence Airport (10 km) is easily reached by tram line 2T to San Marco Università stop, then a brief walk. The area is packed with restaurants, cafés and mini-markets within a few blocks, making it ideal for visitors who want to spend their days exploring on foot. The excellent walkability means a car is unnecessary; the lack of on-site parking is not a practical inconvenience for most tourists.

All rooms are light-filled and freshly decorated, featuring either a king-size double bed or two single beds. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a shower (some also offer a bathtub), bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. In-room amenities: flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker with pods, refrigerator, work desk, and seating area. Several rooms offer panoramic views of the Duomo. Cleaning is performed daily, towels are changed, and the minibar is restocked free of charge with water and soft drinks. The property is a self-contained guest house with no living room, but a communal hall with lockers is available for luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. Rooms are well soundproofed and quiet, with blackout curtains for good sleep.

The property does not operate a breakfast room, restaurant, or bar. However, the immediate surroundings include Oliandolino Pizzicheria Fiorentina (0.5 km), La Menagere (0.5 km), Twist Bistrot (0.5 km), and Trattoria Camillo Cavour (0.5 km), among many others. For a quick morning meal, Caffè Ricasoli on the corner is a popular spot for coffee and pastries. A complimentary in-room coffee and tea station is provided, and the daily restocked minibar includes soft drinks and water.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or garden on the property. Guests looking for leisure activities can step out to the Accademia Gallery (200 m), the Duomo complex (3 min), or the Uffizi Gallery (1 km). An ice-skating rink is also located nearby. The accommodation is best suited for sightseeing-focused trips rather than resort-style relaxation.

The property offers free high-speed WiFi throughout. Services include express self-check-in (online portal), private check-in/out, daily housekeeping with fresh towels, and a 24-hour reception desk staffed in English, Italian, and German. Secure lockers and a luggage storage area in the hall allow guests to leave bags before check-in or after checkout. Safety features: key-card access, fire extinguishers, safety deposit box in each room. No laundry facility on site, but a launderette is close by. Cots are available on request. No pets allowed.
