Multiple dining options are within a 2-3 km drive, including K'noon Restaurant & Cafe (1 km) and Soy to Chutney (2 km). A 24-hour mini-mart is located in the building. The nearest metro station requires a short walk or a taxi ride; for frequent city-centre trips, a car is recommended.

The apartments are self-contained with one bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with shower. Each unit features a balcony with lake views, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a washing machine. Kitchens come with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven or microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, and utensils. Bed sizes vary: some apartments have a king or queen bed in the bedroom while others have two single beds or a double; a sofa bed in the living room is only suitable for children due to short length and poor comfort. Rooms are clean and well-maintained based on maintenance history; however, some units have reported issues with noise from the nearby highway even with windows closed. Higher-floor apartments with orientation away from the road are quieter. The property is non-smoking throughout except on balconies.

There is no restaurant, bar, or cafe within the apartment building. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, utensils) so guests can prepare their own meals. A small supermarket is located on the ground floor of the building, open 24 hours, making it easy to buy groceries.
