Hotel Details

Location

Set within the lush Al Barari gated community, the property is a 5-10 minute drive from Global Village, 26 km from Dubai International Airport, and 25 km from Dubai Mall.

The location is a green, quiet enclave away from the city's hustle, offering a calm base for relaxation or business. A car is strongly recommended for getting around, as public transport options are limited and major sights like the Burj Khalifa (26 km), Mall of the Emirates (23 km), and Dubai Autodrome (19 km) require driving. The community itself is safe and secure, with several restaurants within a short drive. Access through the gate requires pre-arranged property details; receiving these forms in advance makes entry smoother. For those visiting Global Village, it is a very convenient 5-10 minute drive.

Accommodation

Spacious studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, and modern amenities like flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.

Each unit is fitted with a kitchen that includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and an electric kettle, plus a washing machine for longer stays. The bathrooms feature a shower and bidet, and a hair dryer is provided. A coffee machine, wardrobe, and sofa are standard in all studios and apartments. The apartments are described as clean, new, and spacious, with comfortable beds and quality bedding. Units on higher floors offer city views, while ground-floor apartments have access to green space. Some studios and apartments have a separate living room, and larger suites offer multiple bedrooms with three bathrooms. The interior is modern and well-equipped, making it suitable for both short and extended stays.

Facilities and Services

Free private parking, express check-in/out via app, free Wi-Fi, and a lift are provided. All communication is digital-no on-site reception.

Parking is free, on-site, and does not require a reservation, with a parking garage also available. The property uses a fully digital check-in process through the Stella Stays app, including express check-in/out and private check-in/out. The app is used for all communication and service requests; there is no physical reception desk. Security features include CCTV in common areas and outside the property, plus fire extinguishers. The lift is available for upper-floor access. Housekeeping is not daily-weekly complimentary cleaning applies only for stays of 30 nights or more, and extra cleaning is subject to fees. Wi-Fi is free in all areas but may experience reliability issues; a backup mobile data plan is advisable for business-critical internet use.
