The beach is a pleasant walk or a short bus ride (frequent service from a nearby stop). Aqualand is 2 km away, and Siam Park and Golf del Sur are a short drive. Street parking is free and generally easy to find near the building.

The apartment includes one separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, plus a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bidet. The well-equipped kitchen has a stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and utensils.
