The terminal is conveniently located near Nordhavn station (train/metro), providing a direct 7-minute walk from the platform. A paid shuttle bus operates from Copenhagen Central Station, but not from the airport. For airport transfers, take the train or metro to Nordhavn. Upon arrival in Oslo, the ship docks close to the Opera House, within walking distance of the city centre, the Munch Museum, and the waterfront. The 5-6 hour stop in Oslo allows ample time to explore key sights or enjoy a coffee by the harbour.

Kull is a lively steak and seafood grill open for dinner. Kværn café provides coffee, pastries, and sandwiches to enjoy on deck or in the cosy seating area. Breakfast is available for 155 DKK (included in Commodore cabins). Halal sandwiches are available at the café. Guests may bring their own non-alcoholic food and drinks into their cabin.

The indoor pool is open all year and comes with sun loungers for relaxation. The hot tub and pool require a surcharge, which can be arranged on board. Children can enjoy the free Matrosklubben kids' club with maritime-themed activities, and there is a kids' pool. The open deck offers scenic views of the Kattegat and Skagerrak, and during the Oslo fjord passage, the panorama is especially striking.
