The spacious double rooms feature a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a washing machine, wardrobe, work desk, and flat-screen TV. Flooring is a mix of parquet and carpet. Each room includes heating and two fans for air circulation; windows are large and open for fresh air. Some rooms face the street but remain quiet due to double glazing, while a green exit sign in some rooms may disturb light sleepers. The shared bathrooms are separate for men and women plus a third near the kitchen, and are cleaned daily. Kitchen and living room are common areas shared with up to four other rooms, and are kept spotless. Beds are comfortable and have two blankets.

The shared kitchen is large and fully stocked with cookware, dishes, a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine with complimentary capsules. Pantry items such as salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, and seasonings are provided. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service.
