A Billa supermarket is on the corner, and several restaurants, cafés, and fast-food options are within 300 m. The area is safe to walk through at night. A construction site in front of the hotel may cause noise from 6 am; the street renovation is ongoing.

Single and double rooms feature a seating area, wardrobe, parquet floors, and a private bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer. Double beds consist of two separate mattresses.
