GRAETZLHOTEL BEIM BELVEDERE, Vienna

The hotel is in the 4th district of Wieden, a trendy area filled with restaurants, cafés, and shops. Belvedere Palace is a 5-minute walk away, and Vienna Main Train Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) is reachable in about 7 minutes on foot. The city centre is roughly a 20-minute walk, with a tram stop nearby providing easy access. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet, with many local eateries and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk.

The rooms are located on the ground floor of refurbished former stores and workshops, offering direct street access. Each unit is individually decorated and includes a private bathroom with a rain shower, cable TV, a computer, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Some rooms have a sitting area. The rooms are generally spacious with high ceilings, but ventilation can be limited as windows face the street; some units have only small windows. Noise from the street is possible, especially in the morning. Air conditioning is not available; instead, fans are provided. The style is modern and quirky, with many rooms featuring original character details.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. For leisure and relaxation, Belvedere Palace and its extensive gardens are a short walk away, providing a pleasant outdoor space. The neighbourhood itself is pleasant for walking, with several parks and churches nearby.

Wi-Fi is available in the rooms free of charge. Check-in is self-service: a code for the key safe is provided at least 2 days before arrival. Luggage storage is available at the office at Favoritenstraße 17, close to the suites. Express check-in/out is free. The property accepts American Express, Visa, Diners Club, and MasterCard. Pets are allowed but may incur additional charges. The property is non-smoking throughout. Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms are installed for safety.
