The location also provides easy access to shopping centres and the city centre, making the property well suited to those who prefer walking or using public transport over driving. The area itself is rated the best in Vienna for its convenience and connectivity.

Each room includes a private bathroom with either a shower or bathtub, cable TV, a fan, heating and some rooms have a flat-screen TV. Single rooms are compact. Interior decor varies: some renovated rooms feature modern finishes and high ceilings, while others have older wallpaper, worn carpets and dated furniture. Several rooms offer a view of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Noise from the adjacent train line and street can be noticeable; rooms facing the courtyard are quieter. Windows are new and soundproof to a large extent when closed. If the window is open on warm nights, train noise may disrupt sleep. The property supplies a fan, but air conditioning is not available, and heat can become uncomfortable in summer. Housekeeping is daily and free of charge.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast consisting of Parisian-style croissants and hot coffee (espresso, filter coffee, tea) available in a small breakfast room from 7:00 to 13:00.
