The property sits in a lively neighbourhood with a tram stop and bus stop within a couple of minutes' walk. Ciampino Airport is 12 km away, and Fiumicino is about 30 km. The area has many restaurants and cafés within 300 metres, making it convenient for meals on foot. The excellent walkability to major sights means you can reach the Colosseum, Domus Aurea (1 km) and Santa Maria Maggiore (2 km) without needing public transport. For longer trips, the nearby tram and bus routes connect easily to the centre. The neighbourhood is generally quiet for sleeping, but some road-facing rooms may pick up street noise.

Bed configurations are double beds made from two single mattresses pushed together, which can separate during the night - couples who prefer a true double may find this less comfortable. The bedding is a single thin blanket, so keeping the air conditioning running is often necessary for warmth. The boiler for the whole building sits in some bathrooms and makes noticeable noise; light sleepers should avoid rooms near it. The shower cabin is compact and can be tricky to close. In-room amenities include a clothes rack and a small fridge. Daily housekeeping is not included - it is available for an additional charge. The property expects guests to request cleaning if needed. Free luggage storage is available at reception.
