The resort sits directly on the beach with immediate gulf access and is a one-minute walk from the sand. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is a 9-minute walk, and Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex is a short drive. Nearby attractions include Gulf World Marine Park, Goofy Golf, and St. Andrews State Park. Publix and several restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to stock up on supplies or grab a meal. The central location puts most PCB highlights within a 10-minute drive, but the area can get busy on weekends, so plan driving times accordingly.

Each unit is a privately owned condo, so layout, furnishings, and condition vary. All come with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, coffee maker), a dining area, a living room with a sofa and TV/DVD player, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer. Tower 1 units offer unobstructed Gulf views from the balcony. Some condos include a washer/dryer. Unit sizes generally accommodate up to 8 people. Be aware that some units have older furniture, carpets, or AC systems; high-floor units in Tower 1 tend to have better views and less pool noise. Elevators can be slow, with waits of up to 30 minutes during busy times.

The resort has a restaurant and a bar/lounge for meals and drinks. The tiki bar next to the pool is a popular spot for food, cocktails, and live music. Many units have full kitchens, so bringing groceries is a convenient option. Several restaurants are within walking distance, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar (1 km) and Sonic Drive-In (1 km). The surrounding area has numerous dining choices, from seafood spots like Schooners to breakfast cafes, but the on-site options cover most basic needs.

The large outdoor pool is cleaned daily and stays refreshing even in summer. A hot tub and separate fitness center are available. The tiki bar is adjacent to the pool area, and guests can bring coolers and food (no glass bottles, no food/drinks inside the pool or hot tub). Beach access is steps away, and the resort provides beach chair rentals ($45/day if not included by the condo owner). Security enforces pool rules, and ball play is permitted in the pool area.

WiFi is free in all areas. On-site parking costs $20 per day (reservation not needed), but the garage is tight and can fill up quickly, especially on weekends. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in, issues, and safe deposit box access. Luggage carts are available but limited. Elevators serve all floors but can be slow or out of service; planning around waits is wise. Units are privately owned, so maintenance and housekeeping quality vary. A water main break and gas odors near the pool have been intermittent issues, so checking with the front desk upon arrival is recommended.
