The main pedestrian route connecting Santa Lucia train station to St. Mark's Square is only two blocks away, placing all major sights within a 15-30 minute walk. The immediate surroundings include numerous cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket, while the area itself remains quiet and free of the heaviest tourist crowds. A water taxi can drop guests at nearby Campo Santa Fusco, just steps from some apartments. The central location makes walking or taking the vaporetto the most practical ways to get around; car access is not possible in this pedestrian-only area.

Each apartment is a self-contained unit with its own fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware), private bathroom, and separate living or dining area. Units range from studios to two-bedroom layouts, with some offering two full bathrooms - ideal for families or two couples. Many apartments feature authentic Venetian details such as exposed wooden beams and high ceilings, while others have canal-view windows, balconies, or furnished terraces.
