Accommodation types include single, twin, double, triple rooms, and a suite. All rooms come with private bathrooms (bath and shower), free toiletries, flat-screen satellite TV, tea and coffee maker, wardrobe, carpeted floor, and city views. The suite adds a separate living area and seating space. Rooms are on the smaller side and described as outdated, with maintenance issues reported such as non-functioning safes, rusted kettles, leaking toilets, and blocked washbasins. Cleanliness is the most persistent issue: cockroaches and bed bugs have been frequently reported, even after room changes. Housekeeping does not always replace towels, change sheets, or refill toiletries unless specifically requested. Noise from the on-site nightclub is extremely loud and penetrates all rooms until at least 03:00-04:00. Rooms on higher floors (e.g., 6th-8th) still hear the music, making sleep difficult for light sleepers. The single rooms are especially compact and may feel cramped. For better rest, rooms away from the internal club zone may help moderately, but the noise is pervasive throughout the building.
