The hotel is 200 metres from JR Oimachi Station (central exit). One stop on the JR line reaches Shinagawa for the Shinkansen and Narita Express; a rapid express reaches Haneda Airport in about 23 minutes. The Rinkai line, a short walk away, connects to Odaiba (15-20 minutes) and Tokyo Big Sight. The Oimachi area is packed with dining options, supermarkets, and shopping at Hankyu Oimachi Garden. For those arriving by car, note that there is no parking on site.

Accommodation consists of twin and double rooms (single rooms also available). Each room includes a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a work desk, an electric kettle, free toiletries, pajamas, and slippers. Heating and air conditioning are provided.
