Gotanda Station is about a two-minute walk, placing the Yamanote line directly at your disposal - ideal for hitting Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, and Ueno without transfers. Haneda Airport is 18 km away, reachable by train within about 30 minutes via the Keikyu line from Shinagawa. The immediate area is lined with casual dining restaurants, a Don Quijote discount store, and supermarkets within a few hundred metres. Note that the street has a concentration of bars and nightlife venues, and some women have reported being approached after dark.

Single and twin capsule rooms are available. Each capsule contains a firm mattress (suitable for those who prefer a hard surface), pillow, fresh pyjamas, and a small personal locker that fits only small bags. Luggage cannot be brought into the capsule area for security; suitcases must remain in the reception area. The capsules are separated by gender - male and female sections are on their own floors with separate bathrooms. Ventilation in some capsules has been noted as limited, particularly on the women's floor, and the capsule walls are not soundproofed, so noise from other guests packing and moving can be audible. Capsules are compact; taller guests may find the length restrictive.

Breakfast consists of a continental offering - check your reservation for availability and whether it is included or charged separately. There is no on-site restaurant, but within a three-minute radius you will find ramen shops, sushi bars, izakaya, and other casual eateries. Don Quijote is a few minutes' walk for snacks and drinks. Property-provided breakfast is simple; travellers with specific dietary needs or wanting a fuller meal can easily step out to nearby cafés and restaurants.

The property offers a male-only sauna at no extra cost. Women do not have access to the sauna facility. There is no spa, pool, or other wellness area on site. The sauna is a clean, functional amenity popular for a post-travel refresh, particularly after a day of sightseeing or commuting on the Yamanote line.

Guests arriving outside check-in can use the 24-hour front desk. Luggage storage is available during opening hours - small items go into personal lockers; larger suitcases are kept in the lobby but guests report limited space and no receipt system. After checkout, no bag storage is available. Daily housekeeping is provided, with fresh towels, pyjamas, and bin emptied. Shared bathrooms are cleaned daily, though some have reported cleanliness issues in the men's shower area. The lift serves all floors. A security alarm and CCTV in common areas are present.
