The apartment sits in a central Paris neighbourhood where most major attractions are within walking distance - the Louvre is 2 km away and the Arc de Triomphe 3 km. A metro station is just 4 minutes on foot, with multiple lines reachable in 5-12 minutes, making it easy to reach all parts of the city without a car. The area is also dense with restaurants (La Creperie, Restaurant Akrame, Matteo Pizza Paris, and several others all within 0.5 km) and is described as safe, clean, and quiet for a central location. The studio is at the back of a courtyard, so street noise is minimal.

The studio features a private entrance and opens onto a quiet inner courtyard, noted for being very peaceful. It includes a comfortable sofa bed and a single bed, a desk and countertop suitable for work, and extensive storage. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, and utensils, allowing full meal preparation. The private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine, though the shower layout has been described as awkward to use. The apartment also provides ironing facilities and blackout curtains.
