The old town's harbour, with its selection of fresh fish and seafood restaurants, is within easy walking distance. The beachfront is a 5-minute walk via a shortcut through the Mercadona car park. The property is on a hill; walking down is straightforward, while taxis back up are inexpensive. Lanzarote Airport is a short drive away, and the south-coast position makes exploring the rest of the island convenient. For those without a car, local bus stops are nearby.

Apartments are generously sized and spotlessly clean. One-bedroom units feature a double or twin bedroom plus a lounge with a sofa bed and satellite TV. Two-bedroom apartments can sleep up to five adults or four adults plus two children. Standard apartments are typically on the first floor with a balcony; sea-view apartments are on the second or third floor and come with a large balcony and open terrace. All units have a private bathroom with bathtub or shower, a hairdryer, an iron (available on request), a desk fan, and a kitchenette with electric kettle, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and cookware. The complex is gated, quiet and secure. No air conditioning, but natural ventilation works well.

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and cookware, making self-catering straightforward. A supermarket is located right next to the complex for groceries. Within a few minutes' walk there are numerous restaurants including Blair's Restaurant, Casa Tina's, Anema y Core, and several seafood options around the old harbour. A small bar two doors down provides a convenient spot for a drink without leaving the immediate area.

The outdoor swimming pool is a constant depth of 2 metres, so confident swimmers only - it is not heated. The surrounding sun terrace offers loungers for sunbathing, and the solarium and public bath are free for all residents. The pool area is clean, quiet and well-maintained. For active leisure, a golf course is within 3 km. The property's south-coast location also makes it a practical base for exploring Lanzarote's beaches, volcanic landscapes and walking routes.
