The hotel sits near the intersection of major routes, making it a practical base for airport access and exploring the area. The breakfast buffet includes American hot items such as scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes, pancakes, fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, and a build-your-own waffle station with chocolate chips and whipped cream. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. The breakfast staff are particularly attentive, keeping the buffet well-stocked and clean. For other meals, an on-site restaurant provides lunch and dinner options. There is no bar service on site. Several chain and independent restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive.

The indoor swimming pool is open year-round, but it has been reported as closed for maintenance without a set reopening date-confirm directly with the hotel before booking if the pool is important for your stay. The fitness centre is free and well-equipped, with good-quality machines. A sun terrace and outdoor seating area are also available for relaxation. The property is close to a golf course (within 3 km) and offers views of the mountains from some rooms.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and generally reliable, though some rooms closer to the lobby have stronger signals.
