HARRY'S CANAL VIEW, Venice

The property sits along a canal, with several vaporetto stops nearby for easy access to the main train station and other islands. The area is well served by restaurants, cafés, and shops within 0.5 km. Walking to Piazza San Marco takes around 20 minutes. The nearby canal is busy with boat traffic and connects to the hospital, which occasionally generates siren noise. The location is practical for exploring Venice on foot or by water, but less suited to those seeking a quiet retreat.

Accommodation includes double, triple, and quadruple rooms. All rooms have air conditioning and a washing machine. Rooms with a shared bathroom are more basic, with limited storage space. Room walls are thin, making conversations and activity in adjacent rooms clearly audible. Some rooms have a view of the canal, while others face inner courtyards or rooftops. The shared bathroom can become congested, particularly in the morning. Those seeking more privacy and comfort should choose a room with a private bathroom. The accommodation functions as a shared apartment, which suits independent travellers but not those expecting hotel-level service.

A shared kitchen is available, equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, and basic cooking facilities. Several restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk, including Ristorante Diana and Algiubagio. The property does not offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner, so planning meals around the shared kitchen or local dining options is necessary. The kitchen is adequate for simple meal preparation but may lack some utensils and equipment.

Entertainment options consist of paid activities such as walking tours, pub crawls, and cooking classes, some held off-site. The accommodation has a shared lounge and a terrace. For leisure, the location provides easy access to Venice's main attractions, but no facilities for relaxation or fitness are provided within the property.

The property provides free Wi-Fi in all areas, a shared kitchen, and a shared lounge. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Reception is staffed 24 hours, but the check-in process is self-service via key codes and WhatsApp communication. No luggage storage is available. The property has external shutters, soundproofed rooms (though effectiveness is limited between rooms), and a designated smoking area. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is shared. Payment can be made with major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
