The apartment sits on a quiet street in the city centre, yet all major sights - the Rialto Bridge, Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Square - are within a few minutes on foot. A supermarket is a short walk away, making self-catering easy. The location is walkable for the entire historic centre, and the vaporetto (water bus) is nearby for trips to the islands or the train station. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km from the property; a water taxi or Alilaguna water bus will take you close to the apartment.

The living area and kitchen are on the third floor, while the sleeping area occupies the fourth floor (accessible via internal stairs). There are three bedrooms: one double, one twin (two single beds of standard adult size) and a single room accessed through the twin bedroom (with a curtain, not a solid door). A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping capacity for up to seven people. The single bathroom has a shower and bidet. The apartment is decorated in Venetian style and features parquet floors. Air conditioning is available in the main living areas and works effectively. The bedrooms are quiet at night, making for a restful stay, though rooms are compact.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. A supermarket is a short walk away for groceries. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 2-3 minute walk, including Ristorante Rosa Rossa, Vini da Arturo, Osteria Ai Assassini, Caffe' Brasilia and Ristorante Acqua Pazza. The host provides recommendations for local dining. There is no restaurant, bar or meal service on the property.

No pool, spa, gym, sauna or leisure amenities are available within the apartment. The city itself is the main attraction, with all major sights within walking distance.

WiFi is free throughout the apartment. Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. The property has a washing machine and ironing facilities. The host (often Paola or Christine) is praised for being exceptionally helpful - providing restaurant recommendations, walking directions and meeting guests at the ferry terminal to guide them to the apartment.
