Alilaguna airport boats stop at Rialto (Orange line) and San Zaccaria (Blue line), each a 10-minute walk away. A supermarket is 1 minute away, and numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and a pasta shop are within 300 metres. Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet at night. Canal views are common from windows; some windows are high but still offer views. Air conditioning is effective, beds are comfortable, and the location is central yet peaceful.

Each apartment includes a kitchen with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave (in studio), and kitchenware. A supermarket is just 1 minute on foot for groceries and supplies.
