Rialto Bridge is 1 km away, Basilica San Marco and Doge's Palace are within walking distance over the alleys, and the Madonna vaporetto stop is about 15 minutes on foot. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away and reachable by bus (30 min), vaporetto (30 min), or private water taxi (recommended for groups). The train station is also roughly 15 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood offers excellent restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a 3-5 minute walk, making self-catering and local dining easy. The building numbers can be faded, so detailed directions from the host are helpful.

The 6-person apartment includes 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with walk-in showers), a separate living room, a balcony, and canal views. The 4-person apartment has 1 bedroom plus a foldaway double bed in the living room, 1 bathroom, no balcony, and city views. Both apartments are on the 1st floor and feature air conditioning, soundproofed walls, flat-screen TVs with streaming services, washing machines, dishwashers, and well-equipped kitchens (stovetop, oven, fridge, kettle, cookware). The interiors are spacious-described as large even for a family of five-and very clean. Beds are comfortable, with the main bedroom offering direct canal views. Noise is minimal, making them suitable for light sleepers. Note that the 4-person apartment has no balcony.

The apartments do not have a restaurant or bar, but the surrounding neighborhood provides numerous dining options. Within 0.5 km you'll find Trattoria Misericordia, Ristorante Diana, Il Paradiso Perduto, and several others, serving traditional Venetian cicchetti and wine. A supermarket and fresh produce stalls are also nearby, making self-catering easy. Guests wanting a coffee in the morning can find cafés just around the corner.
