The neighbourhood feels less secure after dark, with visible pedestrian activity and occasional panhandling; the property maintains 24-hour security and locked entrances. For airport access, plan on a taxi or rideshare (no shuttle). Parking is paid and requires a reservation.

The property offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites. All units are air-conditioned and include a sofa bed, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV with cable channels, safe, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Two-bedroom suites have two bathrooms and are limited to 12 units. A small number of units have balconies, but these cannot be reserved in advance. Rooms facing Speedway Boulevard and even-numbered units experience significant traffic noise from motorcycles and cars, especially at night. Rooms facing the pool courtyard are noticeably quieter. The property also has four ADA-compliant units (studios and suites), one of which is a one-bedroom. The interior design is clean and modern, but some fixtures may show wear.
