Père Lachaise Cemetery is 500 m from the hotel, and Hôpital Tenon is a 5-minute walk away. Buses stop directly outside, and Gare de Lyon is reachable by bus without changing. The neighbourhood is practical for experiencing everyday Parisian life, though it is not a central tourist district.

Each heated room includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, plus a flat-screen TV. Triple rooms have two beds, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fan (no air conditioning). The rooms are simply decorated and on the small side; storage is very limited - a few hangers on a bar, no full wardrobe. Rooms facing the road suffer from traffic and street noise, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter.
