All cottages feature a spacious living and dining area, plus a full kitchen. Some units include a seating area. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath or shower. This three-story historic house, built after the fire of 1778 by Isaac Mazyck III, includes a wide fan lighted entry. A second floor drawing room follows the lead of earlier merchant houses on Church St, an unusual feature for this period. Guests have access to a private courtyard, surrounded by the original servant's quarters, kitchen building, and dependencies for the main house. A garden and a sun terrace are onsite.
