Rooms feature one or two beds (King Leisure has one king bed; King Suite adds a sofa bed; some suites sleep four with a pull-out couch) and all include a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, air conditioning, and a safe. While the beds and pillows are consistently described as very comfortable and rooms are generally spacious, the building is older: carpets can appear worn, bathroom doors may peel at the bottom, shower stalls are narrow with weak water pressure, and some bathrooms have visible mold or rust. Connecting-room doors are thin enough to transmit noise from neighbors. Road-facing or low-floor rooms can be noisier; upper-floor rooms away from elevators are quieter. A few rooms have balconies but are only large enough to stand on.
