HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES TUCSON MALL BY IHG, Tucson

Holiday Inn Express & Suites is situated directly across from Tucson Mall, providing easy access to chain restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, Dao's Tai Pan's, and McAlister's Deli, all within a 1 km walk. Funtasticks Family Fun Park is just a 7-minute walk away. Arizona Stadium is 8 km from the hotel, and the Tucson Museum of Art is 9 km away. The property is 20 km from Tucson International Airport and has no airport shuttle service. Parking is free on site but cannot be reserved. The area is best navigated by car, though the mall and nearby dining are within walking distance. While the parking lot is well lit and generally safe, walking alone after dark in the surrounding area may feel less secure.

Rooms at this hotel include air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower or bath, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Each unit features a work desk, TV with cable channels, iron, and a single-cup coffee maker. Select suites offer a jetted bathtub in the room. Suites are oversized, single-room configurations (no separate bedrooms) with some including a sofa bed. Bedding consists of one king or two queen beds. While beds are described as comfortable and pillows noted as plush, the property shows visible wear: stained carpets, cracked tiles, and an older furniture style are reported. Hallway noise can be an issue, particularly near the elevator and pool. Rooms on higher floors away from high-traffic areas tend to be quieter.

Breakfast is included with your stay and offers a selection of hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, and biscuits with gravy, as well as cold options like yogurt, fruit, cereal, bread, bagels, and muffins. Coffee, juice, and milk are also available. The breakfast area is well stocked by staff, but popular items can run out during peak hours. The on-site bar provides a space to relax in the evenings, but there is no full restaurant. 24-hour coffee is available in the lobby. For additional dining choices, Tucson Mall and surrounding restaurants are within walking distance.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Parking is free and on-site with accessible spaces, but cannot be reserved and may fill up. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-in requests. A business centre, meeting rooms, and fax/photocopying are available for an additional charge. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available for a fee. Vending machines for snacks and drinks are on site. The hotel has a lift, and all areas are non-smoking. Safety features include key card access and in-room safes. Service animals are permitted, but no other pets are allowed. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Carte Blanche.
