The Alcazaba is a 15-minute stroll away, and La Malagueta Beach is 2 km (20 minutes on foot). The train station is 15-20 minutes walk. Numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within 5 minutes, and the central shopping streets start within a block. The area is generally safe and walkable, but some side streets near the apartment can feel quiet at night. Taxis and Ubers have limited access to the narrow street, so walking or using the nearby tram is more reliable.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or breakfast service. The fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering, with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, plus essential cookware. For dining out, a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries is within a 5-minute walk, including Mediterranean, sushi, gelato, and coffee spots such as Brunchit Coffee & Kitchen, Soca Restaurante, and Cafe Tramezzino.
