Although the property is on a small inner alley, the surrounding streets are busy with nightlife, so rooms facing the street can be subject to noise from passers-by and nearby bars. The entrance is an iron gate on a private alley; finding the property can be challenging as the building is not signed with the name 'Old Town Palace' and the name differs on Google Maps. Using the detailed entry instructions sent before arrival is essential.

Rooms are recently renovated with a stylish, modern feel, high wooden ceilings and exposed brick walls in some areas. Each room features a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and a balcony. Suites offer a separate living room and bedroom, with a dining area and more space. The building is a historic structure with a lift. Soundproofing between rooms and from the street is minimal, so street-facing rooms can be very noisy at night. Some rooms may have limited natural light or face an inner wall. Housekeeping is provided daily with towel changes. The bed setup for twin/double rooms has one bed; suites can accommodate two or three people with one double bed and one sofa bed. Wardrobe space is limited to open hanging rails.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and served from 8:00 to 10:00 on a rooftop terrace area. The selection is a continental buffet with bread, pastries, cereal, yogurt, cheese, ham, fresh orange juice, and hot drinks from a capsule machine.
