The immediate area has a narrow, winding road with fast traffic and no footpath, making walking uncomfortable and unsafe, particularly at night. The entrance is a small gate next to the Yamashiro restaurant valet parking, which can be difficult to find. For practical mobility to nearby attractions, restaurants, and for evening outings, a car or rideshare service is strongly recommended.

The property has four main room types: City View Studio (King, up to 2 guests), City View Suite (King + sofa, up to 3), View Family Suite (King + pull-out sofa, up to 5), and Hillside View Suite (King + sofa, quieter perspective). All rooms feature a private balcony, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, sink; some with a single-burner cooktop on request), independent air conditioning, Smart TV, and private bathroom. Condition and cleanliness vary widely by room and building. Some units have been recently renovated and are spacious and clean, while others are described as dated, with worn furniture, dirty floors, moisture issues, poor insulation, and malfunctioning fixtures such as HVAC, shower handles, and locks. The on-site restaurant, YAMASHIRO, is located on the same property but operates independently with its own staff and security. Note that this restaurant can be a source of late-night noise for rooms nearby. There is no breakfast service, but rooms have kitchenettes for preparing simple meals. The surrounding area offers additional dining options within 2 km, including Hard Rock Cafe, California Pizza Kitchen, and various Italian restaurants. For those relying on food delivery, guests can provide the gate code to the driver.

The main leisure facility is the outdoor pool, which is not operational until Summer 2025. When open, the pool has a view of the city and is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM with sun loungers. During closure, there are no on-site leisure activities.
