HOME D'ELITE NAVONA, Rome

The apartment sits on a cobbled street in the historic centre, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and gelaterias. The Vatican Museums are a 10-minute walk, the Colosseum is reachable in 30 minutes on foot, and major sights like the Pantheon are just minutes away. Ciampino Airport is 18 km from the property. The area is well-served for exploring without public transport, though a taxi from the airport is recommended as no shuttle is available.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 guests with two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom and bathroom are on the lower level, with the second bedroom and bathroom upstairs - the staircase is narrow and not ideal for young children or those with mobility issues. All rooms have individual air conditioning, which works well even in hot weather. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. City views, parquet floors, and soundproofing add comfort. There is no balcony.

Guests can prepare meals using the kitchen's stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and cookware. The immediate area is filled with dining options within a 0.5 km radius, including Pizzeria Da Baffetto and Gelateria del Teatro. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge, making it easy to stock the kitchen for self-catering stays.

The building has a lift, which is helpful for guests with luggage or heavy shopping. Services include express check-in/out, invoice provision, and a welcoming host who often provides a small welcome package (snacks and wine). Daily housekeeping, ironing, and laundry services are available for an additional charge. Babysitting and child services can be arranged. Safety features include smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key access.
